Green Belt Course

Green Belt to Black Belt

Two day course aimed at Green Belts who want to become Black Belt

Aimed at ambitious certified Green Belts who wish to ‘upgrade’ to the Black Belt level. During this course you will learn to carry out Black Belt projects and statistically substantiate your conclusions.

White Belt course

The online White Belt is a free 30-60 minute course.

Black Belt Service sector

The Black Belt course to become a continuous improvement professional in the service sector. An 8 day classroom course provided by an experienced Master Black Belt, followed by a practical assignment (project). Preliminary training in Lean Six Sigma (e.g. Green Belt) is not required.

Black Belt Industrial Sector

The Yellow Belt course creates awareness on Lean Six Sigma Basics

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course enables you to apply Lean Six Sigma basic principles in your organization and actively participate in improvement initiatives.

Lean Thinking (In-company only)

For anyone who wants to familiarize themselves with Lean Thinking.

The course teaches how to put Lean principles into practice. After these two days of training, you will be able to recognize the 7 types of waste and follow the Lean roadmap to improve processes.

Lean Practitioner (In-company only)

A professional who can apply Lean methods and tools in practice.

This Lean course is ideal for professionals who want to learn how to carry out process improvement initiatives with short implementation times. After the course, you will be familiar with the 5 principles of Womack and be able to distinguish "the 7+1 types of waste".
